EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

OriginalPenguin.com will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, undamaged or manufacturer’s defect. From 10/28/2025 through 12/31/2025, we will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned by 1/31/2026. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. 

Final sale items can be exchanged for another size or color of the same item when purchased from 10/28/2025 through 12/31/2025 and exchanged by 1/31/2026. 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY REFUNDS

Refunds for items returned by 1/31/2026 will be issued in the same form as the original payment. PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account.

Refunds are given for the price on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you mail your return for processing.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETAIL STORE RETURNS

Items purchased at OriginalPenguin.com from 10/28/2025 through 12/31/2025 may be returned or exchanged at one of our Original Penguin retail stores by 1/31/2026. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Note that the package may not include a paper invoice. Confirmation email will serve as a receipt and must be shown in store in order to process a return. Purchases made using Klarna, PayPal, or Amazon Pay cannot be processed in our retail stores and must be shipped back to receive a refund.
