At OriginalPenguin.com, we gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, or defective. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment, with PayPal purchases being refunded to your PayPal account.

To ensure full credit, all items must be returned in their original packaging (when possible) and include all accessories. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

International Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international purchase, please visit Web.global-e.com/Returns with your order number and email to generate a return label. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Global-e in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes, and tariffs, but do not cover original shipping or return shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise.

Important Notes:

• Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be issued for the price on the original receipt, including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
