How do I generate a return shipping label? U.S.Updated 7 months ago

At OriginalPenguin.com, we gladly accept returns of merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, undamaged, or defective. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.

To ensure full credit, all items must be returned in their original packaging (when possible) and include all accessories. Please note that final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

To generate a return shipping label, please visit returns.originalpenguin.com. You will need to enter your full order number, the email address used at the time of purchase, and the shipping zip code associated with the order.

Once you have printed the provided shipping label, please pack the items securely, ideally using the original shipping bag or box. Drop off the package at any FedEx location. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.

Please be aware that when returning an item using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return postage.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds for items returned within 30 days will be issued for the price on the original receipt, including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you mail your return for processing.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, you must contact our customer service team to obtain authorization before returning any items.
  • Returns will be processed once the package is received at our warehouse.
