RETURNS

At OriginalPenguin.com, we want you to be satisfied with your online purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase by following the guidelines below:

WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

OriginalPenguin.com will issue a refund for all unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged or defective products returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment.

All products must be returned in its original packaging (when possible) and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Originalpenguin.com will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of placing your order. You must contact us via e-mail at support@g.originalpenguin.com within the 14 day window. The difference will be refunded to your original form of payment.

QUICK EXCHANGES

To exchange an order, please return your original item(s) using our prepaid return label and place a new order online. You may contact us via email at support@g.originalpenguin.com with both your original and new order numbers and we’ll waive the return shipping fee.

EASY RETURNS BY MAIL

For generating a prepaid return label, please visit http://returns.originalpenguin.com. Simply print and affix the prepaid return label to the package and take it to the nearest FedEx drop off location.

Please note that when returning an item using our prepaid label, a flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the order refund for return postage.

RETAIL STORE RETURNS

Items purchased at OriginalPenguin.com may be returned to one of our Original Penguin retail stores within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging.

Note that the package may not include a paper invoice. Confirmation email will serve as a receipt and must be shown in store in order to process a return. Purchases made using Klarna, PayPal, or Amazon Pay cannot be processed in our retail stores and must be shipped back to receive a refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please visit Web.global-e.com/returns with your order number and email to generate a return label.

Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Global-e in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs, but do not include original shipping or return shipping costs. A refund will be applied to your account upon receipt and verification of the merchandise.
